Commercial Building Maintenance Planning
Planned property maintenance enables you to ensure that your building is kept in the best condition at all times, and allows us to make sure that large maintenance jobs on a building are conducted according to the most appropriate schedule for you, based on your time and budget.
MBS will visit your building regularly (frequency level agreed upon between both parties) to ensure that small jobs do not become big problems. Once regular inspections have been conducted, MBS will provide you with a comprehensive report highlighting what needs to be done urgently, and what can wait until your budget or time frame allows. Whilst conducting this visit, we will also inspect previous work done to ensure that our commitment to provide consistent, quality service is delivered upon.
We will accept complete ownership of these inspections, so that you need not worry about the little things. We prefer for the owner or person responsible to accompany us during the inspection, but we do understand that you might not always be available to accompany us. For this reason, we agree to the conditions of inspection prior to conducting any inspections.
